We have been providing valuation, advisory and consulting services for over 25 years for our clients on a wide range of property types and for a variety of purposes.

Although our focus has evolved to specialize in commercial asset classes, our commitment and resolve hasn’t wavered; to provide the most meaningful and well-reasoned opinions that assist our clients in their real estate decision-making and problem-solving needs.

Investment, commercial and industrial property consulting requires bridging the gap between specialized knowledge and a broad range of experience. My passion for real estate, learning and problem-solving has provided my clients solutions to their complex real estate questions. Although we can and do provide a broad range of ICI valuation and consulting services, in recent years I’ve found issues relating to building sustainability and feasibility particularly interesting.

I am an AACI designated member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and an MAI designated appraiser of the U.S. Appraisal Institute. I also have a Master’s of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver, a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary, and a Diploma in Real Property Appraisal and Assessment from St. Francis Xavier University. I was invited to membership in Alpha Sigma Gamma by the International Real Estate Honorary Society of the American Real Estate Society, and am Certified in Argus Enterprise (industry leading discounted cash flow analysis software).

To build a successful business requires many skills, but for me more than anything it requires communication and leadership. Over the years I have worked with smaller start-up companies and large multi-national corporations, and in varying capacities but mostly as an admin support and managing Human Resources. I’ve learned that for companies to achieve results they must not only be strategically focussed on their goals, but also must communicate the message to their stakeholders and build highly effective teams. For West Central Property Services, this is achieved through multiple interactions efficiently and effectively working together, often in the background, which includes the full engagement of individual team members and the use of advanced software platforms.

I am an Associate Member of Appraisal Institute of Canada and am currently working on my Master of Science degree in Management at the University of Liverpool. I have a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from Cornell University, an undergraduate degree in linguistics from the Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University and am fluent in English, Russian and Spanish.
